How is the result calculated?

Brintsy methodology, version 3. We assess process organisation, not business success. The four levels are ad hoc (0), partly organised (1), consistent (2), measured and improved (3). Each question provides concrete anchors.

Area score = average known level ÷ 3 × 100. Overall score = average of the 8 assessable areas. Displayed scores are rounded. Labels describe the nearest level (rounded-score thresholds: 17 / 50 / 83). Extra channels or tools earn no points. Each selected communication is assessed separately, then combined into one question average.

Each area requires two known answers and two thirds of applicable questions. Unknown communication details make that whole question unknown. These are internal coverage rules, not statistically validated thresholds.

The structure is informed by dimensions of the European DMAT framework (strategy, digital readiness, data, automation), but does not reproduce its official assessment or fully cover skills or green digitalisation. We do not use invented market averages. Source: European Commission

Metrics such as conversion, response time and retention require actual data over comparable periods and contexts. This mini-audit does not estimate those values.
