Brintsy / Legal information

Terms and conditions

Clear rules for the website and free mini-audit.

Working draft: 11 October 2026

About the project

Brintsy is the digitalisation project presented here. Its company has not yet been incorporated. The provider and operator must be identified before any contract is concluded. This is a working draft, not a services contract.

Services and enquiries

The website presents service directions, examples and a free self-assessment. Sending a message, requesting an audit or completing the tool is not a paid order, purchase obligation or automatic contract.

Paid work requires a separate offer and agreement covering provider, scope, deliverables, prices, taxes, deadlines, payment, intellectual property and maintenance. Demonstrations do not automatically represent delivered client projects.

Free mini-audit

Completion and results are free, without an account or mandatory email. Contact is optional. The method estimates digital organisation from your answers; it is not certification, a full professional audit or a market ranking.

Scores do not guarantee revenue, savings or performance. Incomplete information may produce a partial profile. Assess recommendations in context and consult an appropriate specialist before important decisions. The method is explained on the audit page.

Responsible use

Do not disrupt the website or infringe others’ rights. Do not send malware, spam, unlawfully obtained information or others’ data without an appropriate basis. Do not attempt unauthorised access or bypass security.

Content and rights

Original materials are protected by applicable rights. Third-party elements retain their own rights and licences. You may browse and keep your own audit result for internal use; commercial republication requires appropriate rights or permission.

Submitted materials remain owned by their rights holders. Submission permits only the use needed to handle the enquiry and discuss a project, without a general transfer of intellectual property.

Availability and liability

Errors or interruptions may occur despite reasonable efforts to maintain an accurate, stable service. External services have their own rules. Report issues through the operator’s verified contact.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. These rules do not replace obligations in a separate contract.

Privacy and updates

The privacy and storage pages explain data, choices and progress deletion. Visiting does not constitute consent to marketing or optional technologies.

Rules are drafted in the context of Romanian law and EU rules without removing mandatory consumer protections. Competent courts are determined by law. Updates concern future use, do not retroactively change contracts and do not create fees for past mini-audit use.
